Domestic Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose. Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders.Based on the level of service you have requested, we may use an alternate method to ship your order. We will guarantee delivery or we will reimburse you the additional shipping costs.Please allow 4 - 6 business days from the date of shipment (excluding US holidays) for Priority Mail, 2 - 5 business days for FedEx Ground and 2 days for FedEx 2nd Day services. Orders generally ship the next business day, subject to payment verification. (Excluding US Holidays)

Payment and Delivery
For your protection, Good Luck Gamblers reserves the right to hold credit card orders for verification. All information submitted is secure and your account will be billed in US Dollars.

Canada
Please allow 10 - 15 business days from the date of shipment with USPS Priority Mail International.Orders will generally ship the next business day, subject to payment verification.

All Other Countries
Please allow 10 - 20 business days from the date of shipment with USPS Priority Mail International.Orders will generally ship the next business day, subject to payment verification.

Shipping and handling is 25% of the net order total or a minimum of $25.00

International Customs Charges and Duties
International (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government for specific details.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Good Luck Gamblers purchase, you may return it in new condition. We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed. Please allow up to 30 calendar days for orders returned from Canada.

Please Note:

• Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
• Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
• Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
• We cannot accept COD returns.

Return/Exchange Instructions

When returning the item you purchased, please print and include the online return form. Fill out the required information and enclose with your package. If you are unable to download the return form, please include your name, address and daytime phone number along with the reason for the exchange on a full sheet of paper. If it is an exchange, please include the product number of the product you would like exchanged. Send your package via standard Ground Service/USPS insured or Federal Express. Outside the US, please send your package via International Mail.
